With its classic gold-toned metal sides, this standalone empty container makes a wonderful decorative accent piece for a farmhouse kitchen, a vintage storage box for recipes or sewing supplies, or a great addition to an advertising tin collection.
Condition: Good. This empty collectible container shows typical signs of vintage shelf life and gentle handling:
- Lid Graphics: The colorful garden artwork on the top lid remains exceptionally bright, glossy, and eye-catching with minimal fading. - Exterior Wear: There are minor fine surface scratches and light storage scuffs on the top lithograph and the gold metal base sides. The bottom panel shows very mild metal graying and a few faint smudges typical of sitting on display shelves. - Interior: The clean, unpainted bare-metal interior and inner lid have standard light surface oxidation patterning, but are free of heavy rust crust or deep corrosion flakes. - Structure: The box retains its square shape and corners beautifully with no major structural crushing or deep dents. The lid fits snugly.
